Hi, I'm Regina!  I'm a Certified Wedding Planner & Coordinator, Travel Specialist, and creator and co-host of The 'We Do' Wedding Podcast. I am a mom to two very different kids and a monster of a dog. Aiden is 12, Arya is 5, and our Great Dane, Khaleesi, is 3 (the Game of Thrones love is strong in this family). I'm a lover of all things Disney and Harry Potter, and try to travel as often as I can.

I was a nurse for seven years before becoming a Wedding Planner, working on busy units that required me to multitask and prioritize in order to be as efficient as possible while literally saving lives.  While I loved taking care of my patients, I was missing a creative outlet and jumped back into event planning and designing, something I'd done since high school.  As a true believer in the saying "If you're going to do something, do it right", I earned my Wedding & Event Planning certifications from The Association of Bridal Consultants and QC Career School.  I also earned Wedding & Event Design certifications from QC Career School and the Institute of Wedding & Event Design.  

I love continuing my education and learning new trends and processes.  Since launching my business in 2017, I've attended numerous educational workshops, including those taught by celebrity event planners, including David Tutera, Sasha Souza, Preston Bailey, Renee Dalo and Terrica Skaggs.  I am currently in a mentorship program run by celebrity planner Sasha Souza to ensure that I am always prepared to give my clients the best service possible.

I was welcomed into the Weddings by Regina Marie family in 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry with me. I like to think that Regina noticed my excellent sense of professionalism and integrity, my client service, organizational skill set, and attention to detail when she took me on, but it was our shared love of all things Disney that sealed the deal!

My passion for event planning allows me to be creative and understand any wedding planning ideas you may have in mind. I received my Bachelor’s from the University of Connecticut, and my Masters’ in Project Management at the University of Saint Joseph.

I joined the team as Regina's assistant in January 2018. Since then, we've done countless events together and established a sync and flow that can't be taught.

I live in Old Lyme, CT with my boyfriend, Mike, and our dogs, Abby & Kohana.
