When I launched Weddings by Regina Marie in 2017, I was a nurse and busy mom of two. I understood first hand the chaos in the day-to-day life of a working professional. Throw wedding planning into the mix and things can get pretty overwhelming VERY quickly. I knew that there had to be a way to streamline not only my role as the Wedding Planner & Coordinator, but also my clients' planning experience. I did not want to be the planner who was bombarding my couple with emails every day and giving them a million tasks to accomplish. I developed a process that utilizes a centralized Client Portal where all of the vendor documents, contacts, budget tool, checklist, guest list, RSVP manager, seating charts, design tools, and more are stored. Clients are able to access their portal and see how their wedding plans are coming along, and schedule check-ins throughout the process to discuss things in detail.
I believe that a couple's Wedding Team should consist of vendors who not only fall within their financial comfort zone, but also match their personality & style. I've spent years getting to know and building relationships with local vendors so that I can pair couples with the perfect vendors for their team. My approach to wedding planning is NOT to make all of the decisions for you regarding your vendor team, but to match you with 2-3 vendors in each category who are available for your date, fit within your financial comfort zone, match your personality & style, and fit the vibe you're trying to accomplish for your wedding. I then set you up to speak with these vendors and you make the final decision on who you're most comfortable with and would like to add to your team. This approach saves you hours of research and aggravation, while ensuring that you will have quality and professional vendors for your big day.
